Since opening , we have listed many rental properties throughout Illinois. Here's how our vendor program works...
Landlords and tenants call our customer service department with their requests and we in turn provide a "work order" to you with all of the contact information and details to schedule the repair. All payment arrangement are then made directly between you and the homeowner or in some cases you would bill and be paid directly through us.

How do I sign up?
As an interested vendor you fill out our vendor application and pay a nominal annual fee.
We then complete a background check, review your license and check your references and then you're added to our call center.
You start receiving work orders... It's that simple!
